Check the payment name before you transfer

Money should move only when the name in the cashier and the name on your transfer screen are the same. That check takes a minute. It is the whole point of this note. The payment page shows the marks so the names are easier to recognise. This page tells you what to do with them.

Match the name before you send anything

Open the cashier on BX99 and read the recipient exactly, including the company wording. Then open DuitNow, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, or your bank. The name there should match. If a middle word is different, stop and look again. Small differences are how a transfer goes to the wrong place.

Keep the receipt in your own app. A screenshot of a chat message is not a receipt. Your wallet or bank history is the record you can search later.

Names you can compare

Other bank marks can appear beside these, including an RHB mark and several unlabelled bank-style icons. Treat them the same way: the picture helps you recognise a tile, and the spelled-out name is what you match.

Stop if the name changes

A second message that says the first account is full, or that you should pay a person instead of the name on the screen, is a reason to cancel. Go back to the cashier and refresh it. If the cashier itself has changed to a name you do not recognise, do not send the transfer while you “check later”.

Fees and transfer times are on the cashier. A promised arrival time from a chat message is a reason to stop and read the cashier again.

Where the live list lives

The cashier shows which methods are open, plus any fee or limit. This note stays with the habit: read the name, match the name, keep your own receipt. If you also need a boundary for the session itself, use the limit note before the first transfer, not after a loss.
