Compare the payment name, then decide

Use these marks to recognise a name. The cashier on BX99 is where you see which methods are open.

A short checklist

1. Read the recipient name inside the BX99 cashier.
2. Open your own DuitNow, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go or bank app.
3. Match the spelled-out name, not only the logo.
4. Stop if a chat message names a different person or account.
5. Keep the receipt in the app that sent the money.
