VIP
BX99 VIP
VIP is a membership record on your BX99 account. It describes a level and the benefits attached to that level. It is not a prize you collect by reading this page.
What the membership is for
The public VIP page describes five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level is split into smaller steps, so Bronze is not one single status. The page uses that ladder to explain who receives which treatment.
The same page says a level follows deposit history over a rolling year, and that a change is applied for you. The notice arrives in the account inbox. Those are the rules to read on that page. The deposit totals are written there too, and they are not copied here.
How to see your level and the next condition
- Sign in on BX99. The level belongs to the account, so a logged-out page cannot show it.
- Open the VIP page and read the level names against the latest inbox message about a change.
- Read the condition for the next step on that page. It is a figure in the current rules, not a target this page sets for you.
- If the inbox and the VIP page disagree, use the VIP page and ask BX99 support before you act on the older message.
Nothing on this page asks you to deposit in order to move up. A higher level is not a return, and chasing one with money set aside for rent or food breaks the limit in the responsible-play notes.
Benefits that depend on the current rule
The VIP page names the kinds of benefit. It also says they are not the same at every level. Check the line for your own level before you rely on one.
- Service priority. The page describes faster handling for higher levels, especially Platinum and Diamond. Waiting time is still whatever that page states for your level.
- Withdrawal treatment. Higher levels are described as having a wider daily withdrawal allowance. The number of withdrawals and any cap are on the VIP page, not in a chat summary.
- Account support. Gold, Platinum and Diamond are described as having a named account contact. Lower levels are not. Read the level cut-off on the page.
- Birthday recognition, rebates and level bonuses. The page lists these as separate items, with their own calculation and their own level rule. A rebate rate on that page can differ by game type. Open the page for the rate and the games that count.
Promotions that sit outside the membership, including a welcome or reload offer, stay on the promotions list. Use BX99 promotions for eligibility, turnover and the claim step. A withdrawal still starts with the cashier name. Compare it with the payment checklist.
Where the membership detail is
Level names, the current thresholds and the benefit rules are on the BX99 VIP page. Open that page while you are signed in if you want the record for your account. Visit BX99 in the header opens the BX99 home page, not the VIP record.
