Note ยท 28 October 2026
Set a time and money limit before you play
A limit is a decision you make while you are calm. It is a clock time and an amount of money. You choose both before you open BX99, and you keep them if the session goes well and if it goes badly. This note is not a method for winning. A session that stays inside a limit can still lose the amount you allowed.
Pick the number before the session
Write two lines where you will see them: the time you will stop, and the money you can lose without touching rent, food, debt or savings. If you cannot name the second number, you are not ready to open a cashier. The responsible-play page uses the same rule in shorter form.
Use money already set aside. A wallet app makes a top-up feel like a tap. That ease is why the number has to exist before the tap. Once the amount is gone, the session is over even if a table still looks busy.
Two limits are enough
- Time. A match, a commute, or a fixed hour. When the clock hits, close the tab.
- Money. The amount on the line you wrote. Wins do not raise it. Losses do not raise it either.
People add a third rule when they know their own habit: no new transfer after the first one. That rule is optional. The first two are the ones that make a session finite.
Stop while you still recognise the plan
The hard moment is when you are down and the next stake feels like a correction. It is not a correction. It is a new decision, and it breaks the line you wrote. Closing the site is the whole task then. You can reread the menu note later. You do not need another hand in order to understand it.
If gambling has stopped feeling optional, step away and talk to someone you trust or a local health service. These pages do not run a helpline. The practical step here is still the same: do not open the cashier while you are trying to recover a loss.
Anyone under 18 should leave. If gambling is not legal for you, the limit to set is zero and Visit BX99 is not for you.
Updated 28 October 2026. A limit is a boundary you set for yourself. It is not a promise about the games.
